Job Description & Requirements

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and other QS documents

• Handle project budgeting, cost control, and progress claims

• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Prepare and present reports on project financial status and forecasting.

• Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and quality standards.

• Support the project team in managing procurement and subcontractor activities.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project success.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences

• Good with numbers and can pay attention to details, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
