Responsibilities:

Review construction drawings and prepare quantity estimates.

Check material costs, maintenance costs, and contract terms to ensure cost effectiveness.

Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates to inform financial planning and resource allocation.

Develop and organize tender and contract documentation to facilitate procurement and project execution.

Arrying out site measurements.

Manage costing and budgeting for on-going and tender projects.

Processing of payment claimsand final accounts.

Perform liaison with client and main contractors.

Evaluate review terms and conditions of contracts

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Develop expertise in appropriate construction techniques relevant to project requirements.

Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.

A driver's license is required.

You need to drive to the construction site to monitor progress and make necessary modifications.

Availability to work on weekends as required.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously；

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
