Job Summary

To deliver excellent food and beverage service, support restaurant operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with friendly, efficient food and beverage service
• Take accurate customer orders and deliver food and drinks promptly to tables
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills to engage and assist customers
• Responsible and hardworking mindset with a willingness to learn
• Previous food and beverage experience is advantageous but not required
