Job Summary

Join a dynamic team to implement a nationwide mobile network by managing site surveys, equipment commissioning, and coordination to ensure seamless communication infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the implementation of a nationwide mobile network to achieve project milestones
• Prepare proposals and documentation adhering to established project standards for clear communication and approval
• Conduct site surveys, lead site meetings, and manage site handovers to ensure readiness and compliance
• Perform commissioning and integration of communication equipment to enable operational network functionality
• Execute coverage walk tests and upload data accurately for network performance analysis
• Troubleshoot communication equipment issues effectively following on-the-job training to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with installation teams to align site requirements and monitor progress for timely completion
• Maintain and update site status records to provide accurate project tracking
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Communication Engineering, or related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of CAD software to support design and documentation tasks
