Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to support the Finance Manager by managing full sets of accounts, performing bank reconciliations, filing GST, preparing statements of accounts, assisting with inventory maintenance, and handling other ad-hoc finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records and compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Prepare and file GST returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Compile and prepare statements of accounts (SOA) for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in maintaining inventory records to support accurate financial reporting
• Execute other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned to support the Finance Manager and company operations
• Proficiency in AutoCount preferred
