We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 2 years of video editing experience. 
• Experience editing podcasts or multi-camera productions is highly preferred. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. 
• Strong understanding of multicam editing workflows. 
• Knowledge of audio editing, audio balancing, and color correction. 
• Experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 
• Strong storytelling skills and good editing judgment. 
• Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement. 
• Able to work independently while meeting deadlines. 
• Detail-oriented, creative, and willing to learn. 

As a Video Editor at Flex Space Studio, you will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for podcasts, social media, and client projects. You will work closely with our production team to transform raw footage into compelling content that aligns with our creative vision and clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms. 
• Edit multi-camera podcast recordings with synchronized audio and video. 
• Perform video trimming, sequencing, transitions, motion graphics, and subtitle integration. 
• Apply color correction and audio enhancement to improve production quality. 
• Create engaging short-form content from long-form videos. 
• Ensure all videos are delivered according to project timelines and quality standards. 
• Collaborate with producers, videographers, and content creators throughout the production process. 
• Stay updated with current editing techniques and social media trends to produce engaging content. 
• Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows.
