Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project progress from planning to completion.
• Attend site visits to oversee installation works and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide timely updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material delivery and manpower arrangement for project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover upon project completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of project or site coordination experience are an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport, with willingness to travel to project sites.
• Able to work overtime or weekends when required to meet project schedules.
