Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or technical operations preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills with practical experience in scheduling and site coordination.
• Familiarity with installation documentation and basic solar PV concepts is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who keeps customers and installers informed and maintains accurate records.
• Detail oriented, reliable, and willing to support continuous operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate solar installation projects from site survey planning through to handover, keeping schedules and resources aligned.
• Manage site survey logistics and installation timetables to minimise delays and keep teams productive.

Field Operations & Quality

• Liaise with installers and contractors to ensure safe, compliant work and clear on-site communication.
• Monitor project progress and conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet our standards.

Customer Communication & Continuous Improvement

• Provide timely customer updates and manage installation documentation and handover records.
• Support operational improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and helping implement practical process changes.
