Leads end-to-end ERP implementation, including planning, budgeting, process design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, deployment, and support. Coordinates business teams, technical specialists, vendors, and executives; manages risks, scope, resources, timelines, and change; and ensures the ERP solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
