We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves handling daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and supporting audit and tax requirements while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Handle the full set of accounts, including
• Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow management. 
• Closing & Reporting: Perform monthly and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports on a timely basis.
• Cash Management: Manage bank reconciliations and monitor the company’s cash flow position.
• Data Centralization: Centralize all existing spreadsheets and incorporate them directly into XERO to ensure it serves as a live, up-to-date master financial keeper.
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all accounting records including reorganizing future e-filing via cloud services. External Liaison: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other external parties for audit and tax matters.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements specific to the industry.
