Job Description

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established player in the real estate industry, known for building strong teams and investing seriously in the people behind our success. As they continue to grow, they are looking for someone who is passionate about unlocking human potential to be in their Learning & Development function. This is a chance to shape how an entire organization learns, grows and performs — with real visibility, real budget, and real impact on business outcomes.

If you love designing learning experiences that stick, translating business needs into capability-building strategies, and being the go-to expert on all things people development, this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape the L&D roadmap — Design and drive learning strategies and programmes that build employee capabilities in step with business priorities, from onboarding through leadership development.

- Diagnose and design with purpose — Assess training needs across the organization and translate them into targeted, high-impact learning solutions and development roadmaps.

- Bring learning to life — Curate and deliver programmes (directly or via subject matter experts), facilitate leadership retreats and strategic workshops, and coach department heads on developing their people.

- Measure what matters — Track learning impact through feedback, analytics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously sharpen and improve programmes.

- Own the digital learning experience — Manage the LMS and e-learning platforms to expand access to training and modernize how employees learn.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business or a related field; L&D certifications (e.g. ACTA, CPTD, coaching) are a strong plus.

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as an L&D Manager or in a similar capacity-building role.

- Hands-on experience with digital L&D tools and platforms, with the ability to design and manage learning solutions end-to-end.

- Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder, comfortable engaging stakeholders at every level of the organization.

- Highly organized and self-driven, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
