We're looking for a confident, target-driven Telemarketing Representative who enjoys speaking with people, closing sales, and helping customers find the right wellness solutions.

What You'll Do

• Contact qualified leads generated by our Appointment Setter team
• Conduct sales conversations via phone and WhatsApp
• Present our wellness solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed purchasing decisions
• Follow up consistently until prospects make a decision
• Achieve daily and monthly sales KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1–2 years' experience in telemarketing, telesales, phone sales, WhatsApp sales, or sales-oriented customer service
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling
• Able to work in a KPI-driven environment
• Experience using CRM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools

Preferred

• Experience selling healthcare or wellness products/services
• Strong closing mindset with excellent follow-up discipline

• Wednesday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
