Job Overview:-

Responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple markets. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign success through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities:-

• Work closely with stakeholders and the Team Lead to plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns, including product launches, brand activations, content creation, and digital marketing, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage social media content to enhance brand presence and maintain consistent brand messaging across communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for timely and effective campaign execution.
• Organize marketing events, including seminars, roadshows, trade fairs, and partner activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Support the development of sales enablement tools such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Support lead generation through marketing automation, email campaigns, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and business goals.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, software, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or design tools is an added advantage.
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads & Google Ads and experience in organizing events, seminar & exhibitions are an added advantage.
• Travel may be required from time to time based on business and event needs.
