About the Company

We are a Malaysia-based fintech company building a regulated financial services ecosystem spanning remittance, digital payments, foreign exchange, and digital asset services under a single platform. The company is currently in its license application and regulatory engagement phase with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and structure regulatory requirements including BNM, SC, AML/CFT, PDPA, and cybersecurity guidelines.
• Prepare requirement mapping tables and identify compliance gaps.
• Draft policies, SOPs, appendices, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct vendor, market, and competitor research within the fintech and cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Maintain document repositories, version control, and application trackers.
• Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Follow strict source verification and anti-hallucination practices when using AI tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strong research and written English skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools responsibly and effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Markdown is an advantage.
• Exposure to fintech, digital assets, or Malaysian financial regulations is a plus, but not required.
• Able to commit between 3 months and 6 months of internship
