Willowglen MSC Berhad Hiring! Full Time Pre-Sales - Technical Manager - Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

1. Develop sales lead, drive business growth and meet quarterly set sales targets through strategic account management and project sales initiatives (System Integrator Company/ Electrical Contractor/ Main Contractor/ Facilities Management Company/ etc).

2. Conduct Site visit & preliminary technical assessment on potential projects to digitalization related HIKvision Card Access System, Speed Gate & Turnstile System, People Screening Solution (X-Ray Machine, Walk Through Metal Detector), Fence Intrusion Detection System (FIDS).

3. Jointly collaborate and manage partners for project related to digitalization.

4. Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve the target.

5. Construct the system diagram or design to meet the requirements, work closely with Pre-Sales Engineer to tabulate costing and analyze specification given and required.

6. Provide customer service, manage and resolve customer complaints.

7. Conduct trainings, seminars and presentations to the customers.

8. To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers.

9. Collaborate in project management, site visit and communicating effectively with clients.

10. Prepare technical proposals and quotation.

11. Undertaking other functions and duties customarily performed by Manager/ Engineer – Technical & Pre-Sales as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry.
3. Skilled in conducting site surveys, delivering technical presentations, supporting sales teams, and coordinating with consultants and project teams to ensure successful project handover and commissioning.
