Boston Scientific Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor II in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of all key performance metrics on a particular shift/project, with a particular focus on "Core 5" and "9 panel" metrics.
• Liaising with warehousing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging and sterilization areas to ensure prompt shipment of product.
• Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
• Interacting and liaising with the other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
• Administration duties which include Time and Attendance system, Holiday planning, Build Plan review, Back Order review, Travel planning etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any field, preferably in Manufacturing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision with experience managing 30–40 operators.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of production operations, workforce management, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
