Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and employee records.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain personnel files.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and monthly payroll.
• Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations (WP, SP, EP)
• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential, CSOC, Core trade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and renewal workers.
• Handle company vehicle insurance, renewal of road tax, inspection, annual policy renewals, extension and cancellation (WICA, H&S, GPA, and PL)
• Support HR compliance, audits, and ensure policies align with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
