What You'll Do:

• As the Fitness Manager, your role is to oversee and elevate the Fitness Department's operations, focusing on Personal Training and Retention activities.
• Your dynamic responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, supervising, and managing commissions.
• Engage with new members, drive PT revenue, and ensure a vibrant gym floor.
• Retention efforts involve re-engaging at-risk members, managing forums, and leading fitness challenges.
• As a manager, conduct team training, set goals, update reports, and evaluate performance.
• This exciting role combines leadership, innovation, and a passion for fitness to create a thriving and dynamic environment.
