We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Senior / HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, mature in handling people matters, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, exit)
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
• Maintain and update HR policies & procedures in line with company direction
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support performance management and staff development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
• Work closely with management on HR planning and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B / retail / service industry
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
• Proven ability to handle staff issues, disciplinary cases, and documentation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Practical, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
