Responsibilities
Hiring: Manager, Investment (Malaysia)
Salary: RM10,000 – RM13,000
We’re partnering with a leading real estate investment group to hire a Manager, Investment to support acquisition, development, and divestment strategies across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities
- Structure deals and capital funding (unit issuance / bank debt)
- Build full life‑cycle financial models (cash flow & yield)
- Lead due diligence and post‑acquisition analysis
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals with internal & external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with bankers, lawyers, and investors
- Conduct market research and prepare quarterly/annual performance reports
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- CFA / MBA is an advantage
- 5+ years in real estate investment or corporate finance
- Strong analytical, financial modelling & communication skills
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive results
- Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple projects
- High integrity and professionalism
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
