Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor frontline customer service quality and provide coaching and follow-up support.
• Provide structured feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to continuously improve agent performance and service quality.
• Identify and promptly report issues affecting user experience.
• Develop and maintain quality control systems suitable for outsourced projects.
• Prepare and submit regular QA reports daily, including QA scores, compliance rates, and performance trends.
• Conduct onboarding training for new employees, including company policies, data security, and service procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Team Leader, Training, and Workforce Management teams to enhance service quality and operational performance.
• Establish and optimize training materials and systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• English proficiency at B2 level or above; additional language skills are a plus.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Able to independently organize and complete assigned tasks.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
