Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate and promote beauty or skincare products to encourage sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, attractive product displays, and stock arrangement.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
• Support merchandising, product launches, and in-store promotions.
• Stay updated on new product knowledge, brand standards, and beauty trends.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and sales-driven.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in retail or cosmetics sales is an advantage.
