Responsibilities

• Performing Machine operation according to process work instruction
• Handling Machine’s periodic maintenance
• Performing machine trouble shooting and repairing
• Ensuring machine operation at desired efficiency level
• Monitoring process quality status and report to management
• Assisting in machine improvement activities
• Responsible for assist on wastage record & packing record
• Responsible for assist on container loading
• Responsible for finished good transfer record
• Responsible for water quality record
• Responsible for incoming raw material.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Work closely with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

* Previous technician or maintenance experience is an advantage.

* Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willing to work overtime or travel if required.

* Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
