Job Summary

• Perform daily collection submitted by seller, update cash & cheque collected, and convert PDC.
• Key in OR into the system (HQ, SRB), and update seller tracking (Excel).
• Identify customer online payments and send the report to sellers on a daily basis.
• Identify discrepancies on OR and update the remarks in the system.
• Keep track of Official Receipt (OR) books when sellers take and return them, and cross-check the OR book returns with the system.
• Issue Debit Notes (DN) / Credit Notes (CN) to customers, especially PPD CN, which must be processed daily.
• Create new customers or update customer information in the Asoft system and DMS system (DMS – Unza and SCJ Agency only).
• Prepare collection reports and agency collection reports on a daily basis.
• Send seller aging reports on a bi-monthly basis.
• Send customer statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare customer reminder letters based on the dates stated in the Excel file, and post them to customers.
• Perform AR reconciliation submitted by the sales team.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks to support the Finance Department.

Pay: Up to RM2,100.00 per month
