Analyze pricing, costs, and financial performance while providing insights to support strategic business decisions

REQUIREMENTS:.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, financial modeling, cost analysis and feasibility studies, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of capital budgeting and investment appraisal methods (DCF,NPV, IRR, Payback).
• Familiar with bidding and tendering processes, including cost estimation and financial evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare pricing reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Track key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
• Assess the financial impact of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments.
• Work closely with finance, sales, operations, and engineering teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to monitor pricing trends.
• Maintain cost databases for manufacturing and non-manufacturing overheads.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key financial metrics (gross margin, cost per unit, pricing trends, etc.).
