Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography & Videography

- Plan, capture, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, products, and company activities.

- Handle photography and videography sessions from concept planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and creative direction.

- Manage lighting, composition, angles, and visual storytelling to produce engaging content.

- Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment properly.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.

- Develop creative ideas, concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content calendars.

- Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign materials.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, and audience preferences.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and engagement objectives.

3. Video & Photo Editing

- Edit photos and videos using relevant software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.

- Perform colour correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual enhancements where required.

- Ensure final content meets quality standards and deadlines.

4. Campaign & Event Support

- Provide creative support for company events, product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.

- Capture event highlights and prepare content for post-event promotions.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties during production activities.

5. Content Planning & Performance

- Assist in developing creative content strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Monitor content performance and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Analyse trends and recommend new creative approaches.

6. Equipment & Asset Management

- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other production tools.

* Maintain an organised library of photo and video assets.

* Ensure all content files are properly archived and accessible.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
