We are looking for a passionate, communicative, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant at Yayasan Pendidikan Rakyat (YPR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student prospects’ enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding academic programmes, admission requirements, fees, and registration processes.
• Assist and monitor students throughout the registration process until completion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment progress and student enrolment numbers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth student admission process.
• Participate in education events, open days, and company promotional activities when required.

Skills & Requirement:

• Minimum SPM. Diploma in any relevant field would be added advantages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in engaging with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Experience in sales, education consultancy, or customer service will be an added advantages.
• Strong KPI and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
