Qualifications/Skills:

• SPM/MCE or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Conversant in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Confident, matured and able to lead stuff.
• Self-motivated and strive for excellence.
• Have the right attitude and aptitude for the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the dishwashing machine is in working order.
• Ensure that adequate and appropriate chemicals are used in the dishwasher.
• Ensure that the working area is clean, tidy and dry at all times.
• Dishwashing water should be emptied every two hours.
• All soiled dishes should be washed at all times.
• The garbage bin should be cleared after every meal break, and must be properly stored in air tight bins.
• To assist outlet in providing the washed and cleaned utensils at all times.
• Ensure that waste food is not left in the open to attract rodents and insects.
• To assist storekeeper in performing inventory of equipment.
