Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Conduct preliminary consultations and understand patients' concerns and treatment goals.
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, pricing, and aftercare recommendations.
• Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up care.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress.
• Build long-term relationships with patients through professional follow-up and care.

Job Requirments

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Min 2 years’ experience in customer service or aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage.
• Professional, well-groomed, and patient-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and grow in the field of aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
• Willing to travel outstations and work overtime (OT) when required.
