Job Description

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave and movements.
• Maintain HR files, HRIS database, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, salary proposals, offer letters and on-boarding orientation.
• Oversee timely staff confirmation, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, and appraisals.
• Handle employee communications, engagement activities, and grievance matters.
• Support discipline and counselling processes.
• Implementation of HR policies and compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Review, maintain and update Employee Handbook and Company policies from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Adminitration or equivalent
• Proficient in Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of own transportation (car)
• Working location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
