WE ARE HIRING: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Location: Eco Majestic, Semenyih, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,500 (including Sales Incentive)

We are a fast-growing Malaysian healthcare & consumer products company committed to building trusted brands through pharmacies, retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to grow our online sales across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.
- Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Host TikTok Live and Shopee Live according to the weekly schedule.
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor online sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Reply to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Analyse sales reports, campaign performance and marketplace analytics.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other content editing tools.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
