We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive, Warehouse Operations to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead warehouse personnel, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with customers, transport providers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory experience.
- Experience in 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or MRP systems.
- Strong leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
