Pave System Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Service Administrator (Based in Kuala Lumpur) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Process service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Coordinate and schedule service engineers for onsite service, maintenance, and repair works
• Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, provide service updates, and respond to enquiries
• Update and maintain internal ticketing system to ensure accurate records of service requests, maintenance contracts, customer information, and service history
• Prepare and issue service quotations, purchase orders, and other service-related documentation
• Verify completed service reports and update the documentation in internal server
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts, repairs, loan equipment or replacement units for customers when required, and equipment deliveries
• Arrange transportation or courier services for equipment sent to repair centre or to onsite service engineers
• Follow up on pending service cases to ensure timely completion and closure
• Assist in billing for completed service jobs
• Monitor maintenance contract expiry dates and coordinate renewal reminders
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Management

Requirements:

• SPM or other relevant qualifications
• Min 1 year of related experience in service admin work
• Proficient in MS Office and Project
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Comprehensive verbal and written English and Mandarin skills are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
• Work location: Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
