Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations and training proposals.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm sales.
• Coordinate schedules, venues, trainers, and participants.
• Computer related work – keyin, data entry, zoom
• Prepare training materials, attendance lists, certificates, and evaluation forms.
• Process invoices, payment follow-ups, and HRD Corp-related documentation where applicable.

Requirement:

· Well versed in English and BM

· Well versed with Word, Excel, Powerpoint

· Familiar with FB, Insta

Good with computer

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
