About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage daily site operations for construction, renovation, and industrial/factory projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating contractors and workers, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with safety requirements.

This position provides an opportunity to work on industrial projects for established Japanese multinational manufacturing clients, gaining valuable exposure in construction and project management.

Site Management & Supervision

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and material deliveries.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at the project site.

Project Coordination

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to project management.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resolving site-related issues.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure project requirements are met.

Quality & Documentation

• Ensure construction works comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including:
• Progress reports
• Inspection records
• Site reports
• Project documentation
• Support project completion within required timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Age between 25 – 35 years old.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Related engineering or construction disciplines
• Around 2 years of experience in:
• Site supervision
• Construction projects
• Renovation works
• Factory / industrial projects
• Project coordination
• Able to read and understand:
• Construction drawings
• Layout plans
• Technical documents
• Familiar with construction site processes, safety requirements, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to project locations.
• Willing to work overtime when required to meet project schedules.
