Job Description :

Lead a group of production technician to support the new machine set up and buy-off before phase into production. To involve in machines UPH, machine efficiency, output yield, improvement project and spare parts control.

Responsibilities :

• To carry out PM / equipment calibration / GR & R / stability / bias on all machines before due date.
• Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment keeping downtime to a minimum.
• Ensure and carry out the machine maintenance, in order to achieve high machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with equipment/R&D engineers on new equipment in production.
• To carry out machines improvement projects and spare parts replacement & cost saving evaluation.
• Responsible to generate SOP for the production staff.
• To support new equipment setup and buy-off.
• To maintain process yield as per target.
• To work with production to prevent quality issue occur at line.
• Coordinate and review machines efficiency and UPH to achieve optimum machines performance.
• To have CI project on those high defect issue.

Requirements :

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Elecrtonics or Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering (Technical base).
• < 5 years related work experience in WIREBOND/TESTING/SAWING

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
