About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support the expansion of cloud-native platform solutions in the Malaysian market.

This role will focus on providing pre-sales technical support, solution consulting, technical presentations, and Proof of Concept implementation. The successful candidate will act as the technical bridge between customers, the Sales team, and the overseas Technical and R&D teams, supporting enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.

Job Description

  • Provide on-site guidance and technical support during customer product trials.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Act as the technical communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, bidding documents, implementation plans, and test reports.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept implementations for customers.
  • Collect and consolidate customer requirements and feedback for the Product and R&D teams.
  • Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and keynote sessions when required.
  • Provide technical enablement, knowledge sharing, and support to business partners.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing or cloud-native technologies is preferred.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, Research and Development, or IT Operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate technical information effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
