Job Description

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, staff welfare, performance management and payroll processing.
• Implement and execute HR strategies, policies and practices.
• Process monthly payroll using SQL Payroll Software and manage statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Maintain employee leave records, HR documentation, personal files and other HR records.
• Handle employee relations, counselling, coaching, disciplinary matters and termination in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Manage foreign worker matters, including work permit and passport renewals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and the Employment Act 1955.
• Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
• Prepare HR reports and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development, Business studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with SQL Payroll Software and basic payroll processing.
• Familiar with statutory requirement and well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
• Strong analytical skill, self motivated and able to motivate others.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of people.
• Requirement language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin will be additional advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
