About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and enable efficient software delivery across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and security controls throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize system performance.
• Maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Continuously improve automation, deployment processes, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Good understanding of networking, system security, and deployment best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of GitOps practices and modern deployment strategies.
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications are an added advantage.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation.
