Description of Work  

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of application, infrastructure, regulatory, and technology transformation projects. Work closely with Project Managers, Systems Analysts, Technical Leads, vendors, business users, and infrastructure teams to ensure project activities are executed according to agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in project planning and governance activities, including maintaining project schedules, tracking project milestones, monitoring action items, managing project documentation, and preparing project status updates, issue logs, risk registers, and management reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, requirement discussions, testing sessions, and implementation activities. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project and technical documentation including project plans, business requirements, impact assessments, technical specifications, implementation plans, rollback plans, operational procedures, deployment guides, user documentation, and project closure reports.
• Support requirement gathering and analysis activities by working with business users, vendors, and technical teams to document business, functional, and technical requirements. Assist in conducting impact analysis, requirement clarification sessions, solution walkthroughs, and user validation activities.
• Coordinate technical implementation activities and infrastructure readiness tasks, including submission and tracking of technology-related requests such as firewall changes, ACL requests, DNS updates, SSL certificate requests, access management requests, server provisioning requests, and infrastructure change requests.
• Manage and monitor project-related tickets and service requests through the appropriate service management platforms. Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks required for project delivery and environment readiness.
• Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing (VA/PT). Assist in preparing test schedules, tracking defects, consolidating test evidence, and monitoring testing progress.
• Assist in deployment planning, implementation scheduling, change management activities, production rollout coordination, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to monitor project deliverables, implementation activities, issue resolution, and documentation updates. Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and governance requirements.
• Ensure project documentation and project activities comply with internal governance requirements, audit requirements, security standards, operational procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain project repositories, project trackers, and reporting dashboards to provide accurate visibility of project status, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions.

Requirements / Skills

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, project delivery, systems analysis, PMO support, application support, or related IT functions.
• Experience supporting application enhancement, system implementation, infrastructure migration, technology refresh, regulatory, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills with experience preparing project plans, requirements documentation, meeting minutes, technical documentation, and project reports.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing processes, change management, and implementation management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and operational concepts including server provisioning, network connectivity, firewall rules, ACL requests, access management, SSL certificates, and production support processes.
• Experience using project management, collaboration, and ticketing tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across business users, vendors, technical teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM6,554.46 - RM12,404.70 per month
