Coordinate closely with project managers, main contractors, MEP consultants, and client IT representatives to align project timelines.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
Manage technical relationships and escalations with key OEM partners (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba, Alcatel-Lucent, IP-PBX & IPTV vendors).
Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies, enterprise Wi-Fi standards, and specialized hospitality software integration.
4. Team Management & Quality Assurance
Mentor, manage, and upskill the technical team, fostering high engineering standards and service quality.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site surveys, FAT/SAT testing, handovers, and technical documentation.
Oversee Post-Implementation Support, SLA management, and Level 3 technical escalations for ongoing maintenance contracts.

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking/system integration, with at least 2–3 years in a technical supervisory or managerial capacity.
Industry Focus: Proven track record in delivering turnkey ICT packages for hospitality, commercial buildings, or regional developer projects.
