We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (IT Staffing) to drive client acquisition and business growth in the IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Identify new accounts through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and account management.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment services.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
