Your Earning Potential (transparent breakdown)

Base: RM2,150 - RM 2,350
+ KPI Bonus: up to RM1,000
+ Language Allowance: RM300
+ Shift & OT: based on roster
+ Retention Reward: up to RM1,000
= Total potential: RM4,450+/month

What you’ll do

• Be the friendly voice (and chat) answering customer questions on mobile, internet and billing.
• Guide customers step-by-step and turn complaints into compliments.
• Log case notes accurately while you talk.
• Spot chances to recommend plans or add-ons that genuinely help the caller.

You're a great fit if you…

• Have at least SPM (fresh grads, career switchers, part-timers looking for full-time — all welcome).
• Can chat comfortably in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin Speaking? That's your RM300 language allowance right there).
• Stay cool when things get busy and enjoy helping people.
• Are okay with rotating shifts including weekends (because telcos don't sleep, and neither do customer issues).
• Can start soon (immediate joiners move to the front of the queue)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
