About the Role:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering successful payroll software implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live. This role combines consulting, project management, payroll knowledge and client engagement, making it suitable for candidates who enjoy solving business challenges and working closely with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll software implementation
• Gather business requirements from clients
• Configure payroll systems
• Perform payroll validation
• Handle data migration
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support Go-live
• Deliver user training
• Prepare documentation
• Manage multiple implementation projects
• Work closely with Product & Service Delivery teams
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in: Information Technology/ Business/ Human Resources/ Finance/ Accounting
• Minimum: 3–5 year's experience in: Payroll System Implementation/ HRIS Implementation/ Payroll Consulting
• OR Payroll Outsourcing + Payroll Processing experience with strong client communication.
• Language Mandarin, English, Cantonese (Added Advantage Japanese, Korean) Need to communicate with regional clients from: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, APAC

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
