Job Description

• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
• Handle filing and administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to the internship duration required by the university.
