An Overview:

This position combines data analysis and project management to improve decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have good analytical abilities and a track record of accurately compiling data and ensure closure the reporting.

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Assigning numerical value to essential to be assessed and compared over periods of time for decision.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop a clear project plan, including tasks and timelines for achieving project objectives.
• Ability to keep tracking progress, identifying and addressing issues, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up action plans as instructed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, economic or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in data analytics, project management, and process improvement in the logistics or supply chain industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Advance Level in Excel, Pivot Table & zetc.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and completing complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
