Are you passionate about planning impactful events and delivering seamless brand activations? We're looking for a Senior Executive – Events & Activation who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning creative concepts into memorable experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of event and activation projects secured and/or organized by the Group of Companies.
• Communicate with and obtain project briefing from clients or customers.
• Plan events according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Prepare and plan event costing & profitability according to set budget.
• Identify event opportunities and generate new ideas to drive continual optimization of event campaigns.
• Assisting in recruitment for part-time labors.
• Presentation of ideas and concepts to customer, service providers and management.
• Prepare reports on event performance and conduct post-mortem with teams involved.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Event Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing/Mass Communication, or any other equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience or being part of operational team for outdoor events or concerts or indoor exhibitions/seminars or key events.
• Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Capable in managing event crew and part-time crew.
• Good presentation, speaking and writing skills in English.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours and during weekends.
• Has own transportation for travelling (Travelling allowance will be provided)
• Display strong passion and long-term ambition to succeed further in Event & Activation Management.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
