Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Director and Management to meetings, appointments, and official business trips.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to scheduled appointments.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and arrange servicing or maintenance when required.
• Plan efficient travel routes and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, tolls, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with document delivery, banking, and other company errands as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's and Company's information.
• Be available for overtime, weekend, public holiday, and outstation assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as a personal, executive, or corporate driver is preferred.
• Familiar with roads in Kuching and surrounding areas.
• Good time management, responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and outstation travel when required.
• No criminal record.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
