Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Operations Support to manage orders from affiliates, e-commerce platforms, and provide hands-on support in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being involved in both back-office and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Order Management

• Pull orders from TikTok, Shopee, and website platforms.
• Organize and batch orders for processing by staff/laser team.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Affiliate & Influencer Order Management

• Receive and process daily affiliate/influencer order lists.
• Liaise with the affiliate team for missing or unclear order details.
• Generate airway bills via Ninja Dashboard.
• Ensure all order details are accurate before processing.

Return & Refund Management

• Inspect returned parcels and identify reasons for return.
• Assess item condition (good or defective).
• Record return details in the Customer Index.
• Coordinate with inventory team for stock updates and warehouse transfers.

Operations Support

• Assist in daily packing and preparation of orders, especially during peak periods.
• Support laser operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with the operations team to meet daily fulfillment targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in the warehouse.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, operations, or fulfillment (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work during peak sales, promotions, or double-digit sale periods.
