• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage due to customer communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and a strong team player.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists and Invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Assist Sales Engineers with administrative and sales support activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding order status.
• Monitor outstanding quotations, deliveries and customer requests.
• Ensure all sales documents are prepared accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Support tender submissions and project documentation when required.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the sales department.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
